1. Who We Are

Kikai Learn is an EdTech institute offering practical, outcome-driven courses in digital marketing, artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, leadership, and related skills, including our flagship Post Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing & AI, delivered in academic association with FIIB (Fortune Institute of International Business), an AACSB-accredited business school in New Delhi.

2. Eligibility

Our courses are designed for students, working professionals, and founders. Some programs, including AI for Kids, are designed for minors and require enrollment and consent from a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and consent to these Terms on their behalf. For all other programs, you must be at least 18 years old, or enroll with the consent of a parent or guardian, to use our services or make a payment.

3. Courses & Programs

We offer a range of programs, including but not limited to the PG Certificate in Digital Marketing & AI, the AI & Digital Marketing Mastery Program, micro-courses ("Skill Accelerators"), workshops, and personalized AI roadmap consultations. Course content, curriculum, instructors, tools covered, schedules, and batch timings (including weekday evening and weekend cohorts) may be updated, modified, or rescheduled from time to time to keep pace with industry tools and trends. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners of any material changes.

4. Enrollment & Payments

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of the required registration details and successful payment of the applicable course fee, in full or as per the agreed installment/EMI plan.
  • Course fees, EMI options, and scholarship eligibility (including under the Kikai Scholarship Program) are communicated during the consultation or enrollment process and are subject to change for future batches.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal, contact, and payment information at the time of enrollment.
  • Access to live sessions, recorded content, and learning materials is granted only to learners with active, paid enrollment.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in line with the specific refund policy communicated to you at the time of enrollment for your program. As a general principle:

  • Refund requests must be raised in writing to hello@kikailearn.com within the timeframe specified for your batch/program.
  • No refunds are typically provided once a significant portion of live sessions has been delivered, or once certification exams, internship placements, or 1:1 mentorship sessions have commenced.
  • Processing fees, payment gateway charges, or partner institution fees (where applicable) may be non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a batch/cohort due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case learners will be offered a transfer to another batch or a refund.

6. Certificates & Accreditation

Certificates (including the PG Certificate, FIIB Alumni status, internship certificates, and any of the 11+ globally recognized certificates referenced in our program descriptions) are issued only upon successful completion of the required coursework, assessments, and/or certification exams as defined for each program. Certificates can be validated through our certificate validation portal. Kikai Learn does not guarantee any specific job offer, promotion, salary outcome, or business result as a result of completing a course; outcomes described by past learners are individual experiences and not guarantees of similar results.

7. Internships & Live Projects

Where a program includes guaranteed internship opportunities or live client projects, these are offered subject to availability of suitable projects/partners at the time of your batch and your active participation in the program. Internship placements, letters of recommendation, and project outcomes depend on individual performance and are not guaranteed to result in employment with any specific company.

8. User Conduct

When using our website, learning platform, community groups, or live sessions, you agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials, course access, or paid content with unauthorized third parties;
  • Copy, record, redistribute, or resell our course materials, videos, prompt libraries, or workbooks without written permission;
  • Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct toward instructors, staff, or fellow learners;
  • Use our platform, tools (including AI Prompt Generators and SEO/Marketing Tools), or services for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any learner who violates these Terms, without obligation to refund unused fees in cases of serious misconduct.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, curriculum, videos, presentations, prompt libraries, workbooks, branding, logos, and materials made available through Kikai Learn are the intellectual property of Kikai Learn and/or its content partners, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access this content for your own learning during and, where specified, after your course, and does not grant you any ownership or commercial usage rights.

If you create an account on our website or learning platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@kikailearn.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

While we strive to keep our content accurate, current, and uninterrupted, we do not warrant that the website or platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that any course will lead to any particular career, business, or financial outcome.
